問答FAQ

  • 1.1.1 I'm willing to order goods from Japan! How does it work?

It’s simple! We act as a mediator between you and the shop or at auction. You choose a product in Japanese on-line store or on the auction injapan.ru and e-mail us a link with the product. Additionally you indicate the price, size, colour etc. and also your name and phone number. After you order has been confirmed you receive an invoice for the item you’ve ordered (at this point you pay only for the product + expenses in Japan: shipping in Japan, stock house fee, money transfer to and within Japan). After the merchandise has arrived at our office in Japan we send it to the Ukraine. You pay the remaining amount only when the item has arrived in Ukraine.

  • 1.1.2 What's your experience in shipping services?

We’ve been in shipping business for more than 8 years and we’ve never received a negative commentary. Shipping goods from Japan by sea is not a service which can be found everywhere in the Ukraine. Many of our clients have been with us for years and we pay them back with punctuality and exceptional customer service. We hope that you’ll try our high-quality service too. We value our reputation and we value our clients.

  • 1.1.3 Why should I buy goods in Japan?

Japan is a highly developed and rich country. Its market is full of products from literally all brands. What’s more, on the auction you’ll be able to purchase goods which will be many times cheaper than new ones but still be in outstanding condition. The Japanese tend to treat their things very carefully and they also prize their reputation so buying used things in Japan in most cases is justified. It can be tuning parts from famous brands, jewelry, tools, electronics, watches, clothes etc…

  • 1.1.4 How do I pay for my order?

You choose the way of payment which suits you most. More detailed information regarding payment procedure you can get from our consultants.
  • 1.1.5 How long does shipping take?

The average delivery time to our Japanese storehouse is 3-7 working days. Shipping goods from our storehouse to Ukraine by air usually takes 7-10 days.

Shipping by sea is about 6 weeks since the container has left Japan. Our consultants will be happy to specify the container schedule for you.

  • 1.1.6 Is it possible to deliver large items?

Will you ship large-sized goods such as bicycles, furniture, TV sets, windshields, engines, motorbikes etc?

Yes, we do deliver large-sized goods without any size and weight limitations.

  • 1.1.7 In what shops can I buy?

You are free to order from any Japanese on-line shop. For your convenience we’ve assembled the most popular shops in our catalog. But you can order goods in any shop you like even if it isn’t presented in our list.
